Service Cancellation Policy

 

1. Definitions

  • Service Provider: Contrashutter Pvt. Ltd
  • Client: Refers to the individual or entity receiving services from the Service Provider.

2. Cancellation Period

  • The cancellation period begins from the date the service is booked and ends  5 Days Before Scheduled.

3. Cancellation Procedure

  • Clients must notify the Us of their intention to cancel services by [describe acceptable methods of notification, e.g., email, phone call].
  • Cancellation requests received outside of normal business hours will be considered effective on the next business day.

4. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made within 15 Days before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 8 Days before the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund of 60 Percentage Of Amount Recieved By Client.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made On Or  before the One Day Of  scheduled service are eligible for a refund Of Only Remaining Amount After All Proccessing.

5. Exceptions

  • Describe any specific circumstances under which the cancellation policy may be waived or modified (e.g., force majeure, emergencies).

6. Rescheduling

  • Clients may request to reschedule the service instead of cancelling, subject to availability and agreement with the Service Provider.

7. Communication

  • Both parties agree to communicate promptly and effectively regarding cancellations and rescheduling.

8. Amendments

  • The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

11. Agreement

  • Clients agree to abide by this cancellation policy upon booking services with the Service Provider.
