  • Eligibility: Products purchased directly from Contrashutter are eligible for return under the following conditions:
    • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged or defective, clients must notify us within 5 days of receipt.
    • Incorrect Product: In case of receiving an incorrect product, clients must inform us within 5 days of receipt.
    • Non-Satisfaction: If clients are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, they may request a return within 5 days of purchase or receipt (whichever is longer).
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
    • Personalized or customized items.
    • Items that have been used, damaged by the client, or are not in their original condition.
    • Items without their original packaging or accessories.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, clients must contact us at contact.us@contrashutter.com or contactwithus001@gmail.com  to receive authorization and instructions. The product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and any included accessories.
  • Return Shipping: Clients are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect product).
  • Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase. Refunds may take 10 days to process and appear in clients’ accounts after the returned product is received and inspected.

2. Non-Return Policy

  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Products marked as final sale or clearance.
    • Perishable goods.
    • Downloadable software products.
    • Gift cards.
  • Condition of Returned Products: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
